GCCARD is providing daily congregate lunches at the
Center. Lunch is served each day at 12:00 noon. Please
call the Center at 810.658.1566 the day before by 2:00
pm if you plan on attending. The suggested donation
is $2.00 for seniors 60 and over and for all others it is
$3.50. See the menu in this issue.
Commodity Surplus
Friday, November 20th from 9:00 to 11:00 am
The Davison Area Senior Center is a commodity
distribution/TeFab (only 4 times a yr.) pick-up site. The
3rd Friday of each month, GCCARD delivers commodities
to the Center allowing seniors the opportunity to come
and pick up their food here at the Center.
Both programs require meeting the financial guidelines. You must be 60 years of age and older and you can
earn the following and still be eligible to receive
commodities:
Household of 1 person…$ 1,127/monthly
Household of 2 persons… $ 1,517/monthly
Angel Food Ministries

You, or someone you want to help, can be blessed with a wonderful box of fresh meats, fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables and staple items for the low cost of just $30.00. Sign up at the Center Oct. 19 – Nov. 6 9:00 am - 2:00pm. Pick-up day Saturday, Nov. 21st, 10:00am-12:00 noon @ First Baptist Church of
